Refund & Return Policy


Returns are allowed only on full-priced products, and more importantly, ensure you postmark the returns within the specified number of days from the purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us in advance for an authorization number.

Important: All returns must be given an authorization number. All returns without an authorization number will be declined.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


Warranty Returns

Peleva will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the specified number of days from the receipt date of the items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Peleva to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  1. Refund to your payment method
  2. A refund in-store credit
  3. A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


Warranty Returns Procedure

If the item that your received is defective and a replacement is required, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Take a clear photo/video of the items showing the defect or quality issue.
  2. Email us at hello@peleva.coand attach the photo/video of the defective item.
  3. If the replacement request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the defective product.
  4. We will process the replacement after 14 days of receiving the defective product.

Note: We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  3. Full-priced items purchased using a promotional code of up to 10% are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  4. Discounted or items that were on sale that are higher than 10% are not eligible for a return.
