Is there a limit on how many discount coupons I can earn?

No. You’re entitled to get a 10% discount code whenever your referral completes their first purchase. Get as many discount codes as you can!

Can I use all the coupons that I’ve accumulated when I place an order?

You can only use up to 3 of your coupons per order. This means that you can get a maximum of 30% off your order when using your accumulated coupons.

How and when will I receive my rewards?

When your referral completes their first purchase (using your referral link), you will receive an email notification that includes your 10% discount code. As previously mentioned, you can use up to 3 of your discount coupons at a time – which gives you up to 30% discount on your next order.

Do the coupon codes expire?

Yes, all coupon codes expire after 90 days from the date it was generated.

What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?

Unfortunately, we can’t track the referral if the referral link is not used. We encourage you to remind your referral to make sure that they use your referral link to be eligible for the reward.

How do I know when I’ve successfully referred someone?

You will receive an email notification once your referral completes a purchase using your referral link.
