Before you shave, simply snap a photo of your treatment area so we can see how much hair you had before starting your Peleva IPL hair removal journey.
Note: All images must be clear and unaltered. Images that are blurred, indecipherable, or have shown signs of alternation will be deemed invalid.
The photo should be taken before you shave each week and of the same section of skin. You will need to take a minimum of 6 photos to accurately show that you used the IPL consistently throughout your 12-week journey.
Note: If you are using your IPL on more than one treatment area, you will only need to take progress photos on one area of the skin.
Contact our team if you observed minimal changes or hair reduction after using our IPL device for 12 weeks. Simply send your progress photos showing that you’ve completed your 6 sessions and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Once approved, a member of our customer support team will respond and guide you on how to complete the process
All refund items must be sent back to us via a trackable mail/courier service. All shipping-related fees for the returned products must be shouldered by the customer.
Once we receive the items, our team will issue the refund via the original mode of payment used by the customer.
Note: We will not be responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
