Below are our best practices to help you achieve that smooth and glowing skin:
TIP 1: EXFOLIATE/DRY BRUSH

TIP 3: always apply YOUR SPF!
It is estimated that 80% of the sun’s rays can pass through clouds, so even though it may be overcast, the UV index is still high, which means that your skin may be damaged. As UVA and UVB rays effect the skin in the same way, UVA rays have been shown to age the skin prematurely and cause wrinkles, texture changes, and uneven pigmentation. You should make sure that your SPF protects against UVA as well when choosing it.

Keeping your skin hydrated will ensure that it retains its elasticity on the inside, just as you look after it on the outside. Since your skin is a living organ, it’s essential to take care of it on the inside as well. In addition to diet, a well-balanced diet rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids can help provide the building blocks necessary for maintaining a healthy skin cell function.
